We have an immediate opening for a Part-Time Call Center Representative at our Corporate Office in Hurley, NY.

Has exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Is organized and a problem-solver with a sharp attention to detail.

Is extremely reliable and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Call center hours are 7am-10pm.
Responsibilities include:
Effectively communicating bus fares and schedules.
Handling customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Maintaining a calm and cooperative demeanor with all customers.
Working in an office environment with other representatives.
